With your data platform, you receive a Product Emission Report (PER)*. Based on crop and volumes selected, the PER covers cradle-to-farmgate boundary and attribution mapping to produce a standardized product carbon footprint.

Using the default Cool Farm Tool methodology**, we use our third-party assured data collection process*** to gather your data and make it traceable, comparable, and validated.


*Post-farmgate processes such as processing, packaging, transport, use, and end-of-life, are excluded from the PER.

**Improvin' is model-agnostic, but uses Cool Farm Tool methodology for the PER. If you choose a different methodology, we can support you to map the alternative model to ensure alignment with relevant standards and produce a PER.
